Kings Chamber Orchestra 2022

We are delighted to welcome back this outstanding orchestra for two wonderful Christmas themed Concerts. They are a group of musicians who work with many of the nation’s finest orchestras and come together for a short Winter Tour to perform as The Kings Chamber       Orchestra, led by internationally renowned cellist Gerard Le Feuvre. 

The 4pm Family Teddy concert will be around an hour of fun and interactive musical performance for a young audience (primary/nursery age) - bring a teddy!

4pm Teddy/Family Concert: around an hour of interactive family fun for nursery and primary aged children and accompanying adults.
Tickets are £6.50 per seat; very young are free if they remain on a lap!
 
This is a great opportunity for your children to see a live orchestra locally, with a light-hearted fun and enjoyable performance.  The afternoon family concert is timed so that parents can collect children from school and accompany them, bring siblings and enjoy the performance together.  Children are invited to bring a teddy - to be thrown in the air as requested! The doors open at 3.30pm, when squash and biscuits will be served for the children and hot drinks for adults.

7.45pm Evening Concert: an uplifting and unusual programme of seasonal, inspiring music.  Some comfort, some joy and a celebration of the Prince of peace.
Tickets are £12.50, (under 16s £6.50). 
Refreshments available at interval by donation.
