FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN DOES IT RUN?

The holiday club runs from 10am – 12pm each weekday morning of the half-term at St Paul’s Church.

WHO IS IT FOR?

It is open to primary age 5-11 year olds (yrR to yr6). We may take children who are 4 if they already in school (reception) and if you think they will cope with the noise, big fun and bigger children being around them.  We don't take children who have no experience of school yet - but don't worry, their time will come as we'll be back again next year!

CAN I STAY WITH THEM?

Because it's a secure site, only official team can be with the children in the venue. We do have a few limited spaces for a parent to stay in the foyer to wait if you're concerned they might not settle at the beginning. If your child has specific additional needs give us a call and we can talk it through in more detail.

WHAT IS THE COST?

Cost : The cost is £17 per child for the week for the first 2 children. Additional children from the same family are £5 each for the week (i.e. 3 children = £39). If you want to just try out a few days it is £5 per day per child.

IT LOOKS SO FUN, CAN WE STAY AND WATCH AT THE BACK?

Unfortunately we don't have the space for parents to do this. You wll get to see the last 5mins or so each day, and we invite you to come early on the Friday to enjoy tea and cake and see more of the action, including who gets gunged this year. (There'll also be opportunity for you to join us for an action song or two if you want, showing your children you've still got those funky moves in you. They'll be so proud!),

DO YOU TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEO?

Yes, photos and video footage will be taken throughout the week by specific team. This is mainly used for display during the week, publicity and to have a  memory of all the fun we’ve had. It is inevitable that your children will feature in some of these. All footage and photos are available for viewing on request. If you would like more information on this just ask.
Wherever possible, copies of your children can be made for you for your own enjoyment.
(i.e. copies of the photos, not actual copies of your children, that may be less enjoyable!)

PLEASE CAN THEY NOT BE IN THE SHOTS?

Unfortunately, crowd panning video shots and group photos makes this generally impossible. If you have any specific concerns or if there are exceptional circumstances please give us a call.
